REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS

Have you checked your visa requirements ? If so, it’s time to register your participants for the meeting!

To maintain a productive exchange, we kindly ask each invited National Society to nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend.

Please complete the two required forms to finalize your registration:

1. General Attendance Registration – For confirming attendance.
2. Additional Information – To provide flight details and any other relevant information.

Feel free to include any comments or concerns in the forms so that we can address them as needed (allergies, etc.)

Please note that meeting sessions will be translated in French, Russian and English.

Deadlines

1. The General Attendance Registration Form must be completed by June 30th, 2025.
2. The Additional Information Form must be submitted by August 15th, 2025.
